The price of this hotel is really reasonable. The location of the hotel is very good for shopping and sightseeing in KK city. It is close to malls in downtown and several famous local Chinese food resturants. It's also near to the ferry terminal for going to Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.
The facilites of this hotel is very poor. The room is also very economic and tiny even we stayed in "delux" room. The bed is even not clean and stinking in my first-day stay. AC always can't be adjusted to be a good temperature. The bearkfast is so simple that it hardly meets our expectation in every morning. Our expectation is only to be provided more breads or general food when we can get used to local food. Yes. Wireless is available but only in lobby. If you'd like to access to Internet, you have to borrow a Internet adapter from reception.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, the staff was helpful and attentive. we had a positive experience at Kinabalu Daya and would recommend it to others.

strategic location
Bathroom has poor maintenance. Water was slight brownish and sink pipe was leaking. Room size was too small for twin bed.

Most of staff are friendly & helpful. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on 1/4/10 & 7/4/10, it made me surprise, two rooms have a sea view window, everything is clean & tidy. Last year, I stayed for two nights, but no window, full of cigarettt smell & unpleasant smell from bed.
Quality & quantity for Supplement of breakfast to be improved is much appreciated.

This hotel was a great base for our day tour and made us feel right at home. The staff were always friendly and the room was spacious. It was conveniently located, just a short walk away from Upperstar where we enjoyed delicious drinks and cocktails. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi.
